We’ve compiled a list of over 25 do-it-yourself Captain America party foods that would be perfect for any Captain America party or movie night.
Captain America: The Winter Soldier it a hit and it’s no surprise to us. We were able to see it during an advance media screening and we can sum our our thoughts with one word: AWESOME. Easily one of our top favorite Marvel movies.
It was everything we hoped: full of fantastic action, great writing and acting (Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, and Samuel L. Jackson are stellar as always), enough humor without it being non-stop one-liners and just enough sensitive moments, without being too sappy. We particularly enjoyed the relationship between Cap and Falcon…and are hoping we see him again in Avengers. Who knows, time will tell.
While we are fans of Captain America: The First Avenger movie too, we have had some people tell us that they felt it was too slow. If that’s you and you want lots of actions, Captain America: The Winter Soldier will make you happy. If you have kids who are overly sensitive to fight scenes, though, it might not be a good fit for them.
If you haven’t heard yet, be sure to stick around after the credits rolls. Marvel is famous for having extra sneak peeks towards the end and if you are an Avengers fan, you won’t want to miss the extra. If you stay around extra long, you’ll get another extra scene that’s worth seeing. And, of course, be sure to look out for the usual, yet always fun, cameo of Stan Lee.
With Captain America being the hottest movie around right now, we’ve compiled a list of over 25 DIY Captain America party foods that would be perfect for any Captain America party or themed movie night. Of course, we’ll have to be patient while we wait for Captain America: The Winter Soldier to come out on Blu-ray, but when it does, you’ll be ready to go with delicious do-it-yourself treats. While many of the ideas are very specific for Captain America, we couldn’t resist throwing in a few non-Captain America ideas that are still perfect due to their patriotic red, white, and blue color theme.
